Awesome things:

• The opening notes to Coldplay's Speed of Sound.
• Getting pulled over, but not getting a ticket.
• Locking your keys in the car in the parking lot at El Rayo on a beautiful day - we waited for AAA to come while we ate nachos and drank their candy-like 'ritas.
• The Young Republic dedicating your favorite song to you in New York City:

Unfortunate things:

• Learning that your grandmother has gone to the hospital via ambulance (from the retirement community you work there really isn't - it's just a waiting game.
• Having someone hit your car and not leave a note.
• Thursdays, not Fridays.
• Franny's silent meow. You can hear the air, but there's no sound.
• The fact that Logan/Nate/Bob are no longer in The Young Republic.
